Frank Luntz frames immigration for Republicans

Thanks to our friends at Daily Kos we have received a copy of the Republican talking points to be used going forward in the immigration debate. The twenty-five page document is classic Luntz, hitting all the points we’re bound to start hearing from talking heads, pundits and politicians.

Centering on enforcement and a get-tough policy, Luntz’s suggestions also include a special section on how Republicans should frame their policies in order to minimize the damage amongst Hispanic voters. It’s all very carefully crafted and cunning spin. But we should expect nothing less from the Republicans premier spinmeister.

I’ll be putting something together shortly with some suggestions for countering Luntz’s talking points, but for now check out:
